Linda brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience throughout the Metro Phoenix area.  She specializes in seller, buyer, and tenant representation for retail, office, and industrial users.  In addition, she currently represents landlords with retail centers and office buildings. Continuing her professional development, Linda became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2008.  For the past four years, she has been a board member of Central Arizona Chapter of the CCIM Institute and chair of the education committee.  Her CCIM designation and extensive background in commercial lease analysis provides her with the skills to meaningfully analyze, negotiate, and remediate on behalf of her clients.

She previously worked for a company that specialized in the disposition of bank owned assets as well as investment sales.  Linda also worked with ROI Properties, Coldwell banker Commercial Metro Central, and Logan Commercial Advisors.  Her clients include Red Mountain Retail Group, Bella Vita Capital, T.M. Scali, The Certified Group, Devita International, and many retail investors. She has also worked in a variety of industries including staffing, hospitality, medical, and legal.

A partner at Corporate Lease Analysis, Inc. in Scottsdale, Linda provided commercial office lease analysis to evaluate inconsistencies between lease charges and square footage occupied.  She furnished clients with detailed findings and assisted in all phases of remediation.  She successfully recovered and secured future rent deductions for numerous public agency and private sector clients.

Linda is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
